Museum Ladin Ciastel de Tor
The MusLa explores the past and present of the people living in the five Ladin valleys of the Dolomites – Val Badia, Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Livinallongo and Ampezzo. Each of the valleys has its own variant of the Ladin language along with its distinct customs and traditions. Their rich and diverse culture is brought to life through examples of events and developments that have significantly shaped their community. Visitors are taken on a journey through time that brings them all the way back to the present day. Themes like tradition, culture, geography, craft, art and music intertwine with tourism, the economy and the education system, offering an in-depth insight into the past and present of the Ladin people.
