For a worry-free trip, we recommend travel insurance. We suggest the "Hotel Cancellation Plus" policy, which allows you to cancel your booking without risk. 

Cancellation Policy:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
• For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Bancomat. We do not accept Amex or Diners. Bank transfers and checks are also accepted.

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on departure day.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas.

Pets are welcome at Hotel Antines, though they are not allowed in the Wellness area or dining rooms.
If you wish to dine with your pet, we’ll gladly arrange a reserved space for you.

The extra cleaning fee for pets is €20 per day (food not included).

A private underground garage is available upon request and for a fee, or guests may use the outdoor parking area, secured with a barrier and remote control provided upon arrival.

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs or food intolerances, provided you inform us at the time of booking.

If needed, a local doctor for tourists is available in the village. We’ll gladly help you find the clinic or arrange in-room visits.
The pharmacy is located at the entrance of the village (direction Brunico), right next to the petrol station, about 500 meters from the hotel.

Cyclists welcome!

You’ll find a secure bike storage room or you may bring your bike into your room.
We also offer a bike wash station, air compressor, repair bench, and energy bars and supplements.

If you wish, we can connect you with a mountain bike or e-bike guide directly at the hotel to plan your rides and guided tours.

While we don’t rent bikes ourselves, bike rental shops are just a short walk away and offer full equipment, e-bikes, repair service, and more.

Skiers welcome!

We have a ski room accessible from outside, equipped with boot dryers, racks for skis and snowboards, and a repair bench.
Each room has a private ski locker with boot warmers.
Please note: ski boots are not allowed inside the hotel.

The Piz La Ila gondola — starting point of the famous Gran Risa slope — and the Gardenaccia ski area are just a few steps from the hotel.
From here, you can easily access unforgettable ski tours like the Sellaronda, the Great War Tour, or the Marmolada Tour on the Queen of the Dolomites.

A rental and ski service shop is located right across from the hotel, and as our guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive discounts on rentals and repairs.

We can also arrange ski, telemark, snowboard, and monoski instructors to meet you directly at the hotel for personalized lesson planning.

Ski passes can be purchased online before your arrival (Dolomiti Superski) and picked up at our hotel reception.
To save 5%, make sure to buy your daily or multi-day skipass at least 2 days before its start date via the official Dolomiti Superski online shop.

For the little ones

Children can enjoy a dedicated playroom inside the hotel.

They’re also welcome in the swimming pool, every day until 6:00 PM, but must be accompanied by an adult.
