How can I confirm or cancel my reservation?

In order to facilitate our guests, allowing them to feel more secure in choosing their holidays we suggest the stipulation of an insurance travel package or the one we recommend (Trip cancellation insurance "Hotel Cancellation Plus").

In this way it will be possible to cancel without any risk, following the procedures provided by the insurance company.

Cancellation fees:
The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival without any penalty. Beyond this period the penalty of 100% will be calculated. Late arrivals, early departures and fewer guests than the original booking will not be considered and the total amount will be charged based on the final price indicated in the confirmation.

We accept payments by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro circuit, Bancomat. We do not accept Amex and Diners. We accept payment by bank transfer and check.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Your room is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.
We will be glad, in case of availability, to offer you a Late Check Out.
Please inform us in case of arrival after 6.00 pm.


Is there a wi-fi service in the rooms?

Yes, there is a free service for all guests both in the common areas and in the rooms.


Can I bring my dog ​​or cat with me?

Yes, all pets are welcome at Antines Hotel! What better place than the Dolomites for your four-legged friend?

The animals cannot enter into the Wellness area and inside the restaurant, but it is possible to arrange, with the Hotel staff, a place reserved for those who wish to bring their 4-legged friend with them during meals.

The cost of the extra service for pets (in-depth cleaning) amounts to € 20.00 per day, without food.


Can I use an area to store my bike?

Yes, there is a closed bicycle storage area, or you can bring your bike in to your room.

Is there an area for cleaning and maintenance of my bike?

Yes, there is a zone for washing the bicycle, a compressor to inflate the wheels and a counter for small repairs

Can I find food supplements / energy bars at the hotel?

Yes, we have the possibility of supplying energy bars

Can I book a mountain bike / ebike guide for guided tours in the hotel?

Yes, we can let you meet the Mountainbike / ebike guide directly at the hotel, in order to better plan your excursions and guided tours.


Are bikes available for hire and e-bikes at the hotel?

No, but the rental of bicycles also with assisted pedaling (e-bike) is a short walk from the hotel, where you can find specific equipment for bikers, assistance and repair.


Can I use a skiroom to deposit my ski equipment?

Yes, there is a skiroom which can be accessed comfortably from outside the hotel, equipped with a ski boot dryer, ski / snowboard racks and a counter for small repairs. For each room you will find a private armchair with you room number, with bootswarmer inside.
It is forbidden to walk inside the hotel with boots on.

How far are the ski lifts and ski slopes?

The cable car that goes up to Piz la Ila, departure of the famous Gran Risa ski slope, is a few meters from the hotel as well as the ski slopes of the Gardenaccia area. Easily reachable on foot, they are starting points for countless unforgettable ski tour itineraries like the Sellaronda, the Great War Tour or the Marmoloada skitour on the Queen of the Dolomites.

Is there a ski rental and ski service nearby?

Yes, right in front of the Hotel, easily reachable by foot. Our hotel customers benefit from a special discount on rental and repair rates.

Can I book a ski instructor in the hotel for lessons or guided ski tours?

Yes, we can let you meet the ski, telemark, snowboard and mono-ski instructor directly at the hotel in order to better plan your days on the snow for the whole family.

Can I buy the ski pass at the hotel?

Yes it is possible buying the skipass online (Dolomitisuperski) and find it at the hotel reception on your arrival.
To save 5% on the skipass price, remember to purchase your daily or multi-day skipass online up to 2 days before validity, through the Dolomiti Superski online shop.


Is the hotel equipped with private parking?

Yes, for our guests we have both a private underground garage (for a fee and by reservation), and an uncovered parking in the square in front of the hotel, protected by a bar that opens with a special remote control that will be provided to you.


Is it possible to request variations on the menus or to prepare special dishes for food intolerances?

Yes, we are available to cook any type of dish on request, prior notice at time of booking about food tolerances or dietary preferences.

Is there a doctor for tourists and a pharmacy nearby?

There is a doctor for tourists in the village (our staff will be at your disposal to explain you the location of the study and / or to book home visits when necessary).

The pharmacy is located approx. 500 meters from the Hotel at the entrance of the village (towards Brunico), next to the petrol station.


Is there a miniclub or entertainment service for children?

No, there is no entertainment for children.

We have one games room equipped for the smallest and the possibility to freely access the pool, all day until h. 06.00 p.m. (accompanied by an adult).

A few steps from our Hotel there is a snow kindergarten (for a fee and by reservation, managed by the Ski School La Villa), for younger children.
